The Story
The most accurate way to drill a pen or project blank is on your lathe. With these pen jaws, you can confidently drill blanks knowing you’ll get an accurate, centered hole every time. Drilling pressure is easily controlled using the tailstock handwheel, virtually eliminating exit hole breakout that’s common to plastics.
Note: Drilling on the lathe requires that the headstock and tailstock be accurately aligned otherwise an oversize hole may result.
- Compression range: 7/16" – 1"
- Expansion Range: 1-3/8" – 2-1/2"
