Features include a powerful 1 hp variable speed drive, robust iron construction, and ample capacity.

Features:

  • An inverter takes a standard 115-volt, single phase input to a 230-volt, three phase output while maintaining consistent torque.
  • Magnetic movable control box can be placed across the front of the body of the lathe or other accessible locations for maximum safety and visibility.
  • The easy-to-read digital speed and indexing readout is conveniently located on the movable control box and delivers accurate speed readings and simplifies the indexing process for professional precision.
  • Sliding headstock and removable tailstock make outboard turning easy.
  • The robust cast iron bed reduces vibrations for a smooth experience when turning larger and more precise pieces.
  • Variable speeds from as low 15RPMs to as high as 3600RPMs
  • The PM2014 can easily be disassembled. The sliding headstock, tailstock and banjo can be quickly removed to facilitate moving from one location to the next.
  • For years of smooth operation, the tailstock incorporates an anti-rotation key and ACME threads.
  • Includes 8 inch tool rest with 1 inch post.
  • Attached tool caddy allows convenient access to centers, wrenches, and accessories.
  • Banjo features a non-marring, pinch style clamp for solid tool rest placement.
  • Main power disconnect on rear of headstock lock-out for safety.
