How long does shipping take for bulk craft supplies?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For bulk orders or heavy items like clay and large canvases, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy for opened materials?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. However, for quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on liquids, paints, or adhesives if the safety seal has been broken.
